Ability
(1/15) Deals 60% ATK DMG to 1 random enemy Hero and enemy Heroes near the target (ignores DMG limits of targets). Also greatly reduces their ACC for 4s. These targets lose HP equal to 10% of their Max HP whenever they perform a basic attack for 5s. (Cooldown: 6s.) (This Hero reduces DMG received by 60% and is immune to Silence and Stun. Whenever this Hero Dodges, he deals 200% ATK DMG to 3 nearby enemy units and recovers HP equal to 50% of DMG dealt. (Cooldown 3s.))
