In Diablo Immortal, Tumult is one of the legendary crusader weapons. Only players who are engaged in Crusader gameplay are able to wield Legendary Crusader Weapons, which have special Legendary attributes. Legendary Gems can be used to socket Legendary Weapons and improve them at the Blacksmith.
