The Hunger is a 2-Star Legendary Gem with its own special gem power, resonance, and combat rating.
Upon defeating an enemy, you will gain 567 life and heal for 140% base damage. Every time an adversary is vanquished, your movement speed increases by 16% for three seconds. Cooldown of 20 seconds.

Up to Rank 10, Legendary Gems gain power, unlocking new effects and developing in strength as they go.
Excellent for melee classes who encounter high damage during Challenge Rifts. When combined with Seeping Bile, Blessing of the Worthy, and Howler’s Call, this frequently results in enormous heals.
