A standard strike has a 100% chance of inflicting direct damage (damage factor 700) and reducing the target’s rage by 20 for the next three seconds.

Seigneur’s Sympathy (Passive Skill)

This commander grants 10% more attack and 10% more health to cavalry units. If the units are outside of alliance territory, they also receive an additional 10% march speed and 5% less damage from all sources.

Fabian Strategy (Passive Skill)

Troops under this commander’s command deal 10% more damage when attacking cities or strongholds. In combat, cavalry units under the leadership of this commander receive a 15-second damage increase every 10 seconds. This effect has a five-stack limit.

The Eagle of Brittany (Passive Skill)

This commander gives cavalry units a 20% defense boost. When under attack, troops under this commander’s command have a 10% chance to heal (Healing Factor 250) for three seconds. At most, this effect will occur once every five seconds.

Royal Constable Expertise

Under this commander’s command, troops suffer 5% less skill damage and, upon receiving skill damage themselves, deal skill damage to the attacker (Damage Factor 400). At most, this effect will occur once every five seconds.
